Hawaii Island police are searching for a 36-year-old woman who was reported missing.

Faylana Fromm has no permanent address, but frequents the Hilo area. A family member on the mainland reported last hearing from her on Oct. 13, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Fromm is described as 5-foot-4, weighing 140 pounds, and having brown eyes and shoulder-length curly black hair. She has a tattoo of a crucifix on each ankle. She may be in the company of 46-year-old William Sutton, who also frequents the Hilo area, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Crime Stoppers is a volunteer program run by ordinary citizens who want to keep their community safe. Crime Stoppers doesn’t record calls or subscribe to caller ID.
